Trustworthy, Honest & Professional

I found the whole process relaxed from start to finish. The seller made purchasing the car a pleasure rather than a chore; the seller’s partner was also very friendly and helpful too. At first I had some concerns with the vehicle’s history but seller was able to assure me that all was correct with this and directed me to the DVLA website where I could carry out my own independent checks and this all tied up with the info the seller had previously given me. I could have been put off the purchase due to the storage location of the vehicles when making an aerial search on Google Maps, but all was fine and all their cars are kept locked up and undercover. I would definitely recommend them. Norman

How buying used cars should be!

The advert was a perfect representation of the vehicle, which in turn was a quality car. Friendly, knowledgable guy. Far from pushy and very helpful on the day of collection as I really messed them around with timings. Would absolutely recommend.

Highly recommend: honest,trustworthy,professional

Very honest and professional. Helpful people and totally trustworthy. Also, extremely helpful advising on change of ownership and vehicle taxing. Highly recommend - I even drove 1 1/2 hours from Sussex, as the part-exchange with my vehicle made the whole transition as smooth as ever.

Exceptional!

If you want a used Mercedes, this is the place to go, The seller knows the Marque inside out! Extremely helpful and patient, nothing was too much trouble. even after the sale. The car was presented beautifully, all the changeover of road tax, log book etc all sorted for us quickly and smoothly. Oh, and Fletcher the dog is lovely :) Thank you :)

10 out of 10 - Best place to buy a used vehicle

All round a great buying experience, this is how buying a used car should always be, kept me informed at all times, had great knowledge of the vehicle, very friendly and helpful, picked me up from the station on the day of purchase and did a follow up call a couple of weeks later to see how I was getting on with the vehicle, would absolutely recommend.... 5 stars
